Northwest College’s Drew Larson Commits to Niagara University Basketball


Class of 2025 Northwest College (Wyoming/JUCO) forward/guard Drew Larson has verbally committed to Niagara University Men’s basketball program, today he wrote on X.

In addition to the Purple Eagles’ offer, the 6-foot-7, 210-pound sophomore held an offer from Alcorn State, per VerbalCommits.com.

Larson averaged 15.4 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 1.5 assists per game while shooting 57.0 percent from the floor and 44.0 percent from beyond the arc in 31 contests played this past season.

Before college, Larson attended Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Worth, Texas.

Niagara posted a 11-20 overall mark and went 6-14 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) in 2024-25 campaign.
