Ra’Sean Frederick of Stony Brook Hoops to Transfer

Former Stony Brook guard Ra’Sean Frederick today has entered the transfer portal, per VerbalCommits.com.

Fredrick, a redshirted sophomore, averaged 0.8 points per game and had three steals in 14 contests in the 2023-24 campaign.

Before committing to the Seawolves, the 6-foot-5, 228-pound Atlanta, Ga., native attended Clarendon Community College and Hutchinson Community College. He also went to D. M. Therrell High School in Atlanta.

Stony Brook posted a 20-15 overall mark and went 10-8 in Colonial Athletic Assocation (CAA) conference action this past season.
