Class of 2026 Caldwell Academy (N.C.) guard Ayden Johnson has received an offer from Division I Columbia University Lions Men’s basketball program, today he wrote on X.
In addition to the Lions’ offer, the 5-foot-11 Greensboro, N.C., native holds offers from Radford and Jacksonville, according to VerbalCommits.com.
Johnson, a three-level scorer and defensive stalwart, helped Caldwell Academy capture the 2025 2A Independent Schools North Carolina State Championship this past season.
Columbia posted a 12-15 record and went 1-13 in Ivy League play in the 2024-25 campaign.
